Returns

Due to hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

However, if your product arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect

We will make it right.

    - Refunds & Replacements
  • Once your request is reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

Non-Returnable Items

  • For safety and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

    - Gift cards Final sale items
    - Order Changes & Cancellation

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
